Booking and paying for your stay means you agree to all the terms and conditions. Failure to adhere to the guidelines and conditions may lead to the termination of your contract with no refund.
Occupancy
Each apartment is meant for a maximum of two people. However, tenants should notify management if the plan to have guests or additional occupants.Refundable Security Deposit
The security deposit collected from you is to help ensure that you keep the apartment in good condition. All or part of this deposit may be forfeited if necessary to defray costs of cleaning or repair of damages for which a resident is responsible. The deposit cannot be used to pay the last month's rent. Portions of the security deposit not forfeited will be refunded after the room has been inspected at the time of check- out.Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your reservation seven days prior to your arrival before we charge the remaining balance of your deposit. No-shows and cancellations after this period will be subject to a penalty charge.
Extending Your Stay
If you would like to extend your stay, please contact our management as soon as possible to secure your booking.
No Pets are Allowed

No Smoking
There is absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside any of our suites. Smoking can be done on balconies or on the compound. Should you choose to smoke in non-smoking areas, there will be a $120 penalty for each offence or may lead to termination of your contract with no refund.
Noise & Conduct
Guests shall not make or allow any disturbing noises in or around the apartment by resident or guests, nor permit anything by such persons which will interfere with the rights, comforts or conveniences of other persons at all times.The activities and conduct of all Residents and guests outside of the apartment, on the common grounds or parking areas must be reasonable at all times and not annoy or disturb other persons.
Sort Your Garbage
Please put your garbage in small bags and put them in the large refuse bins located on the compound.
Services
We mostly provide bi-weekly housekeeping services depending on the agreed arrangement that you have had when you made your booking. Kindly find out on what days cleaning has been scheduled for your suite. All regularly scheduled housekeeping is done Monday- Saturday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If your scheduled housekeeping falls on a statutory holiday your cleaning may not be done on that day. Note: Housekeeping may be done in your absence. Kindly lock up all valuables as management will not be responsible for lost of valuables.Additional housekeeping is available for a fee and can be arranged by contacting management.
Laundry can be done for tenants at a subsidized fee.
Residents are responsible for their own utility bills (Electricity & Gas)
Tenants should note that guests and visitors will not be allowed inside the premises in their absence, unless prior notice has been given to security.
Maintenance
If anything doesn’t look right in your apartment kindly report to security and ensure that your complaint has been written down in the complaint book. Tenants will bear the cost of items destroyed or spoilt by them.Each apartment is equipped with many appliances and extras. It is the responsibility of residents/ tenants to keep equipment such as microwaves, stoves, refrigerators etc clean in order to function properly. Residents will be held responsible for maintenance problems that result from neglect or damage.
No alterations or improvements shall be made by guest without the consent of Management. Any article attached to the woodwork, walls, floors or ceiling, etc., shall be the sole responsibility of the Resident. Resident shall be liable for any repairs necessary during or after residency to restore premises to the original condition.
Wi-Fi
The access information for your suite’s complimentary Wi-Fi will be given to guest after check in. If not given kindly ask management.
Keys
One key per lease. All guests are required to drop their keys at the security post when going out. Lost of keys will attract a fee of $50 before keys will be replaced. No extra key will be given to guest unless penalty fee has been paid.
