How does the rate drop with a longer stay?
There are four bands. One to six nights is $48 a night; seven to fourteen is $42; fifteen to twenty-eight is $38; twenty-nine nights and over is $32. The band is set by the total length of the stay, so every night is charged at that rate. For stays of three months or more, call — there are further discounts.
What is included, and what is billed on top?
Electricity, water, a wireless internet connection, local television service, free parking and free cleaning service twice a week are all included in the rate. On-site laundry is available at a subsidised charge, and DSTV, a cook, car rental, extra towels and extra sheets are available for an additional charge.
Can I really cook here?
Our kitchens are spacious, fully equipped with all major appliances, cabinets and water purification equipment. Each is stocked with a cookware set, frying pan, kettle, eight-piece dish and flatware settings, knives and a cutting board, glasses, mugs, storage containers and the rest of the utensils you would expect.
How many people can stay in one apartment?
Standard occupancy is two adults. One further guest may be added at $15 per night, taking the maximum to three. One child aged 7 or under stays free; children aged 7 to 13 are charged as an additional guest. A larger party can take more than one apartment.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM to 10 PM. Arriving earlier? Ask us about early check-in options and availability. Standard check-out time is 12 pm, with a flexible check-out time for guests staying for a month and more.
What is the cancellation policy?
You may cancel your reservation seven days prior to your arrival. The first night is paid online to hold the booking and is not refunded on a late cancellation. The balance is settled in full when you arrive at the property.
How far is the airport?
The Kotoka International Airport, which is currently the only international airport in Ghana, is 30 minutes away and easily accessible via the N4 Highway. This makes things very easy especially for our international guests.
Is it safe, and is there parking?
Free parking is included. All guests are asked to drop their keys at the security post when going out, and guests and visitors are not allowed inside the premises in a tenant's absence unless prior notice has been given to security.
Are pets allowed? Can I smoke?
Pets are not allowed in the premises. There is absolutely no smoking, of any kind, allowed inside any of our suites; smoking can be done on balconies or on the compound. Smoking in non-smoking areas carries a $120 penalty for each offence.
Why book here rather than through a booking platform?
Booking direct means no platform service fee, and your reservation is confirmed by one of our own agents rather than through an app. Extras such as a cook, car rental or DSTV can be arranged directly with the property.
